If MULTIPROCESSOR is set to 1 and NUMCPUVPS is set to any value larger than 1, then the online log will contain the following Full title: IC54693: "WARNING:COULD NOT BIND TO PROC:3 TO PURGE CACHE" IN ONLINE LOG WHEN MULTIPROCESSOR = 1 AND NUMCPUVPS > 1
