Commons Lang 2.2 is now available. It contains an equal number of bugfixes and new features - most notably a new text package. There are no new deprecations, and there should be no binary incompatibilites with the previous 2.1 version. A full list of changes since the previous release can be found in the release notes. Commons Lang is available in either binary or source form from the Lang downloads page.
