This only happens if an IDS instance is an explicit standard server, i.e. 'select type from sysmaster:sysdrcb' returns 1 Full title: IC52948: ER CAN FAIL TO START WITHOUT A SINGLE MESSAGE ON AN EXPLICIT STANDARD SERVER IF DBSERVERNAME IS CHANGED
