- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT

- Good Communication Skills - Written/Oral

- Knowledge of SDLC

- Testing Experience - Test Plans, Unit & Integration Testing

Technical Skills:

- Expertise in JAVA - Core Java Skills, Webservices (JMS) , JSP, Servlets, Swing, RMI, JDBC

- Experience in both Client and Server side programming invloving multi threaded applications

- XML, XSLT

- CORBA

- Understanding of RDBMS Concepts including SQL - Queries, Triggers, Joins, etc

- Hands on experience in working with INFORMIX Database

Knowledge of CDR, HDR, Online Backup/Restore is a plus

- Unix and Shell Scripts

- OS: Windows2000/XP, Unix

Domain Knowledge:

- Understanding of Telecom Domain w.r.t TMN Model, FCAPS, EMS/NMS Systems,

- Expertise with TL1 and SNMP ( v1/v2c/v3) protocols

- Have worked on an EMS/NMS system - preferably in optical domain
