Duties and Responsibilities: * Optimize performance of various game-related databases. * Implement performance monitoring system for high volume database * Writing analysis, aggregation, and maintenance queries for our game event database. * Create a scalable system for migrating large volumes of data Requirements: * Demonstrated experience with MS SQL Server 2005. * Ability to analyze and debug query performance/profiling * Familiarity with backup/recovery/failover methods and best practices Bonus Qualifications: * Writing DB related reporting tools in C# / ASPX. * Experience in the game industry Based in Seattle, WA.
