(Stuart Litel) It's been eight years since IBM bought the Informix product line. Last issue I wrote that Captain Ambuj Goyal has the ship going in the right direction. He should be commended. So, too, should the leaders of the product lines in IBM Information Management that have seen the Informix light. These include the leaders of the Cognos, Solid, and Optim portfolios, who have wisely decided to include full support for Informix, which happens to be one of IBM's best-selling products.
