Screenshot OpenXava is a framework to develop JavaEE/J2EE applications rapidly and easily. It allows you to define applications only with POJOs, JPA, and Java 5 annotations. It is feature rich and flexible. It generates JSR-168 portlet applications (Liferay, WebSphere Portal, Jetspeed, etc.).

Changes:
Full support for Liferay 5.0 and 5.1, including visual style integration. Labels, messages, and reference documentation have been translated to French and Chinese. HttpUnit has been replaced by HtmlUnit for implementing ModuleTestBase. Qualified properties are allowed for 'condition' and 'orderBy' of @DescriptionsList even it they are not in 'descriptionProperties'. There is a new'format' property for JasperReportBaseAction. It can be 'pdf' or 'excel'. There are many new minor features and fixes.

Bug of SEGV when execute is used with bind_param on parameter markers BLOB/CLOB type fixed. Problem while inserting NULL in CLOB field. Bug fixed - PDO error info throws SEGV on SQL_SUCCESS. Updating test cases.

Java Wikipedia API 3.0.7 (Default branch)

The main purpose of the Java Wikipedia API (Bliki engine) is the rendering of the Wikipedia (aka Mediawiki) syntax into HTML. Partial support for conversion to PDF and Docbook is available. Additionally, the Mediawiki api.php calls are wrapped in Java classes.

The wikipedia CSS style is used in the generated HTML and PDF files. The APIWikiModel downloads images now. Redirected content is parsed in APIWikiModel. New template functions were added: #expr, #ifexpr, lc, lcfirst, ns, #switch, uc, ucfirst, and urlencode. The parser template function mapping was changed: the '#' character must now be prepended in the key. See Configuration.java for an example. Derby Database support was added for the HTML and PDF file creators (see HTMLCreatorTest and PDFCreatorTest in the JUnit module).

Screenshot H2 is an SQL database engine written in Java that implements the JDBC API. Embedded, server, and clustering modes are available. A browser based console application is included. The database has strong security features. Disk based and in-memory databases and tables are supported.
License: Mozilla Public License (MPL)
Changes:
JaQu (Java Query), a tool similar to LINQ (Language Integrated Query from Microsoft) is now included. Deadlocks are now detected. Compatibility with other databases such as Oracle or Apache Derby has been improved. Java methods can now be overloaded. It is no longer allowed to create columns with the data type 'null'. Opening large databases was sometimes very slow.

Screenshot Sequoia provides high availability and performance scalability for databases. It is is the continuation of the C-JDBC project. It provides transparent database clustering (partitioning, replication, etc.). It works with any Java application without code modification and with any database engine. It has been successfully tested with Tomcat, JBoss, JOnAS, WebSphere, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Apache Derby, HSQLDB, SAP DB, Oracle, DB2, Sybase, MS SQL Server, Firebird, and more.

Changes:
This release accumulates about a year of stability patches and a couple of new features mostly for production users. Compliance to API specifications has been improved, and additional support for embedded databases has been added.
