Informix Contract Opportunity - Greenville, SC - 2007/02/27 04:34
Hello All,
TEKsystems has partnered with a large client in Greenville, SC in search of 4 Informix Developers for a year long contract.
The successful candidates will be responsible for development, testing, and promotion of code to production. Other responsibilities include responding to end-user problems and inquiries, identifying and researching issues along with performing enhancements to multiple applications. Each individual must be capable of working both independently and within a team environment.
Qualifications include strong experience developing in Informix 4GL along with experience with UNIX shell scripting and Visual Basic development. Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience would be preferred. Other pluses include experience with C, C++, Oracle, and PL/SQL.
Normal business hours are M-F, 8-5pm; however, extended work hours, including evenings and weekends may be required as business needs dictate. Position will be onsite in Greenville, SC (no telecommuting allowed).
