We have developed this site using plenty of technologies, but there is a huge fast Cheetah somewhere in the center. It uses Hibernate and we developed a bit of knowledge around it, that along with EJB 3. Still, the "pure web part" is not running Java/Hibernate/Cheetah, but it is not the nerve of the system.
